After knowing Lhakpa already for 8 years we were finally able to make use of his expertise and services to guide us during our 23-25 day trek. We drafted up our itinerary but being with only 4 persons (including our guide & porter) we could & would be flexible during the trek.

We've done other treks in Nepal before but always individually. This was a first to be guided. Lhakpa (Guide) as well as Pasang (Porter and ass. cook) proved to be valuable team mates with their expertise, knowhow and experience. They often knew what we would like (before we even knew it ourselves). Proving their flexibility in offering suggestions to change the daily itinerary whenever they thought best was quite usefull and highly appreciated! Further more, both men are very pleasant travel companions that I more consider as friends than a guide & porter. We had fun together. I would highly recommend them any time to anyone! They will go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable on the trek!

We did the Manaslu trek combined with Tsum valley and it was an amazing experience. After several treks in Nepal on our own this was our first guided trek. Our guide Lakpa and porter Padang were so nice and took so good care of us. Always making sure we were fine and enjoying ourselves. No problem to change schedules. Maybe most important, you can feel the love they have for their country and culture which makes it so special. Especially Tsum valley was an experience which cannot be put into words.

We used Trek Guiders on our recent trip to Nepal to walk the ABC trek, they were excellent. They helped plan and guided us to the top. We had an idea about staying in a few luxury lodges on the way in Ghandruk, Landruk and Majgaun, which they were able to slot into the plan. In hindsight there was also a nice lodge at new bridge near the hot springs, which would also be a good stop for a night with an ensuite. Prajwol organised all our predeparture stuff, including internal flights, and our accommodation in Pokhara, and pickups from Kathmandu. He was polite and quick to reply to my emails while we sorted out the details of the trip.

Once we arrived in Kathmandu, where we greeted by our guide, Lhakpa, and the next day we were off. We had a great time on the track and had two friendly porters who came to or aid when the going was tough. We were not the quickest on the track, and Lhakpa was good at encouraging us when the going seemed tough. I felt sorry for our 2 porters who would sit and wait for us on the track until we caught up, but it was nice that they also joined us for coffee (real espresso) at some of the tea houses. I can’t recommend Trek Guiders enough if you want a bespoke trek in Nepal, with a local company and a friendly and helpful team.

The Annapurna trail was really a once in a lifetime experience. A wonderful trekking for More than two weeks. Impressing landscapes beautiful people en great guidance from our sherpa Lhakpa. We really recommend trekking guides eveything was perfectly arranged against a fair price.
