Trek Guiders is the first Nepalese Trek Service Provider company to introduce its own dedicated chat platform for convenient trip planning with proper consultation with the local trip experts. Unlike many travel websites from around the world, you will be able to chat directly with an expert on our website via an integrated chat page where you will be able to receive the trip plans and suggestions.
Below mentioned are some ways you can start with planning your trip with us via our website.
Method 1: Sign Up and send a direct Inquiry.
The first and simple method to get in touch with our specialist for trip planning is to sign up directly and send a message in the trek guiders chat page.
In order to communicate with our local travel expert, it's compulsory for you to be signed in from your valid e-mail, facebook, or google account. When you open the Trek Guiders website, you will see the "Sign In" button on the top right corner of the window. To sign up with Trek Guiders, click the "sign-in" button and follow the steps mentioned below to start chatting. Optionally, you can sign up by clicking the "Get Started" button appeared after clicking the "Starter Guide".
Step 01 - Click the "Sign In" button to enter the Sign in/ up page. If you are new to the website, click the signup button to register with your e-mail id or simply just log in with your facebook or google id.
Once you have signed up and logged in, you will see your name, messages section, and log out tab to sign out of the trek guiders website. Clicking your name tab will show your Account Details/ information and the Messages tab will take you to the chat page.
Step 02 - Click the "Messages" tab and enter the chat page. Type your inquiry in the message box and hit send to deliver your message to the Trek Guiders Team. Your inquiry message will be addressed by a travel specialist as soon as possible within 24 hours.
You will be notified via email once your message has been responded by your trip specialist.
In a nutshell:
- Click "Sign in" and sign up with email, Gmail, or Facebook and log in to the website.
- Click "Message" on the top right corner and write a message in the chatbox.
- Hit "Send" to deliver your message to Trek Guiders specialists.
Method 2: Sign up, surf the trip plans and place an Inquiry.
Alternatively, in another method, you can directly send a query from the itinerary page.
Once you sign up, you can surf the website for the details and trip ideas for your initial planning. You will find the "Place an Inquiry" button on each trip plan article page. You can place forward a trip inquiry from the trip plan article page by using the following steps.
Step 01 - Once you land on the selected trip article, click the "Place an Inquiry" button on the top right corner of the page. This will open a Trip Enquiry Form where you will need to fill up the information and type your first message with all details and requirements before hitting "Send".
Step 02 - Once the message is sent, you will be re-directed to either your profile page or the chat page. Don't forget to check your sent message by clicking the "Messages" button located at the right side of your name at the Home bar or by clicking the "Chat" tab on your profile page.
Your inquiry message will be addressed by a travel specialist as soon as possible within 24 hours. You will be notified via email once your message has been responded by your trip specialist.
In a nutshell:
- Click "Sign in" and sign up with email, Gmail, or Facebook and log in to the website.
- Go through the trip plans of your choice from various destinations.
- Click "Place an Inquiry" and fill-up the form with personal details and information.
- Hit "Send" to deliver your message to Trek Guiders specialists.
- Click the "Message" tab on the top right corner and enter the chat page.
- Make sure your message is seen on this page. This means your message has been delivered to the Trek Guiders specialist.
Note: If you are not already signed in and place an inquiry message by following Process 2, you will be asked to sign in after you send the message. Once you sign in, you will be redirected to either the Home page or the chat page. Make sure you check your Messages page to confirm your message has been sent to the Trek Guiders team.
