Itinerary

Day 01:

Upon your arrival at the Chitwan Hotel, you will be offered refreshments & be given a briefing at the camp and its facilities. After which your programs for the day will be given and then your room will be allocated to you. Afterward,  the program will be commenced as hereunder :

13:00 PM: Lunch
15:30 PM: Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu Village where you will learn more about the
life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit the National Park Visitor’s center where you can learn
more about the National Park and Wildlife & Sunset view from the Bank of the Rapti River.
17:30 PM: Light Refreshment (tea, Coffee…)
19:00 PM: Tharu Cultural Dance presentation ( In which you will also be invited to
participate) by the local ethnic villagers.
20: 00 PM: Dinner.

Day 02 :

Program of the day:

6:00 AM: Wake up call.
6:30 AM: Breakfast.
7:00 AM: Canoe Ride Along the Rapti River ( an excellent opportunity for bird watching and for seeing the two rare species of Crocodiles; The Marsh Muggers and the Fish-eating Gharials) and walking through the Jungle(Jungle walk)while returning. Chances also to explore many animals like Rhinoceros, Deers, Monkeys, Snakes with flora and fauna. On the way back, You can enjoy Elephant Bathing.
12:30 PM: Lunch.
13:30 PM: Jungle Drive inside the national park, one of the Unique Jungle tour with four-wheel jeep through the grasslands and riverine forests to explore many wild animals. Also, visit the crocodile breeding center.
Or
Jungle Drive to Bees Hajar Taal ( 20,000 lakes) through the grasslands, riverine forests and sal forests, where you will see crocodiles and lots of Birds in and around the lake.
17:30 PM: Light Refreshment( Tea, Coffee…)
20:00 PM: Dinner.

Day 03 :

Program of the day :

6:00 AM: Wake up call.
6:30 AM: Breakfast.
7:00 AM: visit the Government Elephant Breeding Center. Then Village tour with Rapti River beach walking, bird watching.
12:30 PM: Lunch.
15:00 PM: Elephant Safari: An excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of Deer, Great one horned Rhinoceros, Wild Boar, Monkeys, Leopard and the Royal Bengal Tiger( If you are Lucky). You will also encounter many smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.
17:30 PM: Light Refreshment( Tea, Coffee…)
20:00 PM: Dinner.

Day 04 :

Today is the last day at Chitwan. Take sometime to capture the moments until your next visit here. The program will be :

6:00 AM: Wake up call.
6:30 AM: Morning walk around the National Park Visitor’s center, Rapti River beach & sunrise tour.
8:00 AM: Breakfast.
9:30 AM: Departure for your onward Journey.
